Therese and Dylan’s Cathedral of the Sacred Heart wedding with Omni Richmond reception overflowed with love and incorporated a playful disco theme.

Dylan and Therese’s adventure began during college, meeting through a mutual friend while they were at the same bar. Little did Dylan know that his generous act of grabbing them water would spark a connection that would last a lifetime. It’s incredible how a small gesture can lead to a lifetime of love!

They love music and have a thing for disco balls, so they infused the theme into a unique blend of elegance with disco vibes. Therese and her bridesmaids kicked off the day with matching robes and disco ball cups, setting the tone for a fantastic day.

The anticipation for Dylan and Therese to see one another before their first look was adorable. They shared their first look inside the Omni Hotel. This Richmond wedding venue provided a stunning backdrop for capturing those initial moments of pure joy and excitement.

The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart was a truly magnificent setting for their ceremony. The grand architecture of the interior provides an atmosphere fitting for the sacred vows.

The couple had a live wedding painter who perfectly captured the essence of the first kiss, immortalizing and preserving the moment as a work of art. The artist continued to entertain guests at the reception, who could peek at progress through the night, before she offered the couple a grand reveal of her work later in the evening.

Dylan and Therese were excited to spend time with their loved ones. They opted to take most of their photos before the ceremony, allowing them to join in on the cocktail hour and share in the celebration from the beginning.

The reception at the Omni was beautiful. After guests enjoyed their dinner, the couple did a photo dash, racing to each table to capture memories with every guest who made their day unforgettable.

The dance floor was alive with energy as everyone danced the night away. Their love of music perfectly reflected Therese and Dylan’s theme of elegant disco.

As the evening ended, their guests sent them off with a memorable exit, adding an extra touch of fun to the already incredible celebration.
